Book About Palmer Rockey

I now have an Editor and Publisher, Trafford Publishing. I have been dealing with them on a regular basis for several weeks now and am very pleased with their interest in my story. It should come out in the Springtime.
My Editor sends changes every week, now, and I am very pleased with the results. Watch for the book on Kindle, Nook, etc in E-Publishing and in paperback at Barnes and Noble. I am very excited about the results, so far, in editing. I feel the book will be a hit.

About Palmer Rockey's life!

I have been continuing to write more and more stories about Palmer Rockey's activities while we were married. 9 years seemed an eternity at my young age, then.  He was older than me, so time went by really fast for him, I'm sure. I hope everyone enjoys the story when I finish with it. It was a real experience trying to find out about his early life and his family. Ancestry.com came in real handy for that. In fact Ancestry.com was the way I first started looking him up.  I was searching for my relatives and decided to put his name in the search for the Social Security Death Index and found him there.  That began my journey to writing down all I remember about our life together. It has been cathartic at times, but I have persisted to the very end.
I am refining it now and hope to be finished by early next year. The journey has been worth it for me.
I have gained some closure to my sorrow in writing it all down.

Writing about Palmer Rockey

Writing has been my passion for some years now. But writing about Palmer Rockey has upset me. The memories are sometimes sad and sometimes happy, as in any relationship. It took all my fortitude to admit I was duped by him for so long. But others, much smarter than I, have also been duped for large amounts of money. He was truly a con man and could talk you to death. He had an answer for everything, but the proof is in the pudding. Maybe the investors, as he called them, were so convinced with his talking that they believed his spiel, but they should have looked at the picture.  It goes to show you, if you look long enough,( it took him 8 years) you'll find someone who believes you. I believe, that he believed, his film was great and that is why he was so convincing.

Palmer Rockey book!

I'm writing every day on the book and it is hard reliving the memories with him. Some were pleasant but most were bothersome. You either loved him or hated him. I felt sorry for him because he was so obsessed with his movie, that everyone else didn't matter, except his movie. It's good to believe in yourself but sometimes you can go too far. When you hurt people, that is going too far. I'm bogged down with feeling sorry for myself sometimes, but I learned a lesson in all this: Not everything is going to be pleasant in life and you have to take the good with the bad. I learned to have better judgment in men, the second time around.

Palmer Rockey's legacy!

Palmer Rockey's legacy is his story and film. He worked hard on the film and harder to distribute it.
I hope to reveal how he did this.
